Our 4,400-square-foot wellness center features a 900-square-foot eco-friendly yoga practice space with natural lighting and bamboo floors that can accommodate 110 students, a meditation room, two patient therapy rooms, retail space and an art gallery.
More than just a room, our main studio serves as a haven for those wishing to explore within themselves. It is a space that warmly welcomes each and every person and houses transformations, intention and a whole lot of love. We happily offer a variety of approaches to yoga, such as Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Aerial. Magic happens here.
Infrared heat is very gentle. The experience is similar to lying in the sun on a warm day and feeling the heat radiate to the core of your body. Unlike traditional. (hot rock or steam) saunas–which operate at well in excess of 200°F–infrared heat has the benefit of being effective at a more comfortable operating temperature of 100°-150°F.

Introducing our new lounge/lobby area, designed for kicking back and waiting for upcoming classes to begin. This area has comfortable furniture, a tea bar and is connected to our brand new locker rooms. We welcome you to relax!

Yoga is a healing practice that affects the practitioner on both external and internal levels. It can be seen as medicine for the physical body and medicine for the over-worked mind. It generates a calmness, an internal peace and feeling of acceptance and contentment with oneself and one’s surroundings. Yoga can be modified to fit the needs of each practitioner, allowing it to be an all-inclusive practice regardless of age, occupation, body type or level of flexibility. At Balance Yoga, we deeply care for and value the needs of each and every student and aim to provide the student with the best facility to undertake such a journey.
